We have a wide range of fuel level switches and gauges. The special characteristic of our products is the incorporation of an enveloping capsule with fluid entry holes in the lower par, and air off-take in the above part. This device has been conceived for tanks which suffer a lot of movement, because it avoids the sudden wave motions of the liquid inside the capsule when stopping, starting, inclining, etc. That’s why our switches and gauges are perfect for vehicles as motorcycles, cars, coaches, nautical, etc. These are some of the main characteristics of this range: - The length of the sensor can vary from a minimum of 80 mm up to a maximum of 500 mm. - We have different kinds of adaptations or fastening to the fuel tank: using a squared support with 4 screws or circular with 6 screws, forced, for ¼ turn (bayonet), by nut, etc... Besides, all this models can be assembled with an inclination up to 30º. - The precision in the level indication can be personalised, depending on which vehicle the switch is destined to, and also on the reading points requested by the customer. - Depending on the needs the gauges can incorporate an exit for the lightning of a reserve pilot light. If the tank is very flat, we recommend adding a signal retarder to limit the pilot light flashes. - Another of the possible components is an electronic circuit that makes a test of the device when starting the vehicle, verifying the lightning of the pilot light for a few seconds. All our switches have been designed and put to the hardest tests. Thanks to them, they can be exposed to several types of liquids (green fuel, super, gas-oil, oils with different viscosities...) however aggressive they may be.
